Mark Kollmeyer has been a general contractor and designer in the construction industry for over 35 years. He has been designing and building custom homes, commercial buildings, cabinetry, and furniture since 1977. His expertise in the field of construction is priceless, as he knows every facet of the industry, yet is always aspiring to learn from buildings to advance the methods and materials of construction.

Ben Kollmeyer has spent his entire life working in the construction industry, from working for commercial construction companies in the Seattle area to being a partner in Kollmeyer Construction. Ben is an expert in construction management, contracts, scheduling and cost planning.

Kit Kollmeyer's drive to work on the built environment has led him toward his goal of becoming a licensed architect.  With a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Architecture from the University of Washington and a Master's Degree of Architecture focused on energy and environmental design from The Glasgow School of Art's Mackintosh School of Architecture, Kit is constantly challenging the innovation and efficiency of building design.  As an experienced designer Kit's knowledge and continuing education are an asset to the projects at Kollmeyer Construction from concept to completion.
