We are currently developing a phased plan for this project in Manson so that it may be permitted and built incrementally over the next several years.  Once a concept was developed, we built a digital model of the site topography, then working the initial concept into the model we were able to precisely determine the retaining and earthwork required.

This large home located on the south shore of Lake Chelan is nearly complete.

This lakefront custom home is currently in the foundation and retaining phase.  It is scheduled to be completed this spring.
